Lynne Brady Wagner, MA, CCC-SLP is a speech-language pathologist, ethicist, and healthcare leader and is an adjunct faculty member at the MGH Institute of Health Professions. She received her MA in Speech-Language Pathology from Saint Louis University in St. Louis, MO, and a Graduate Certificate in Healthcare Ethics from Rush Medical Center in Chicago, IL. She completed a Clinical Fellowship at the MacLean Center for Clinical Medical Ethics, University of Chicago, IL, and holds specialty certificates in Medical Rehabilitation Management from the American Medical Rehabilitation Providers Association and in Healthcare Ethics Consultation from the American Society for Bioethics and Humanities. Lynne has led innovative initiatives at Mass General Brigham and Spaulding Rehabilitation, with a focus on rehabilitation care delivery, health equity, disability justice, staff development, and clinical and organizational ethics. She has contributed to research and clinical programming in rehabilitation medicine, healthcare systems, ethics, and diversity, equity, and inclusion, driving significant improvements in patient outcomes, professional and workforce development, and inclusive care practices. Her expertise lies in translating ethical foundations, regulatory requirements, and health equity strategies into actionable processes and fostering collaborative work for inter-professional teams. Her bioethics interests center on disability ethics, patient rights, justice-driven care, and inclusive healthcare practices. Lynne has been honored with numerous awards, including Fellowship of ASHA in 2023 and the Distinguished Fellow designation from the National Academies of Practice in 2024. She has also authored numerous peer reviewed publications and presents nationally on a variety of topics including rehabilitation, disability, ethics, and health equity.
