Jeffrey Peppercorn, MD, MPH

Jeffrey Peppercorn, MD, MPH is a medical oncologist specializing in breast cancer at Massachusetts General Hospital and Director of the MGH Cancer Center Supportive Care and Survivorship Program. He received his MD and MPH from Harvard Medical School and the Harvard School of Public Health. He also completed the HMS Bioethics Fellowship. His research focuses on bioethics and policy issues at the intersection of clinical care and research in oncology. Bioethical interests include costs of care and access, research ethics, communication and shared decision making. He chairs the Alliance for Clinical Trials in Oncology Ethics Committee and is an alumni of the Greenwall Faculty Scholars Program in Bioethics.
