Caitlyn A. Tabor, JD, MBE is a legal professional and researcher at the Center for Law, Brain & Behavior at Massachusetts General Hospital and a Senior Fellow in Law and Applied Neuroscience at the Petrie-Flom Center at Harvard Law School. She also serves as a Teaching Assistant at the Center for Bioethics at Harvard Medical School. Caitlyn received her Juris Doctor from Albany Law School of Union University and her Master of Bioethics from Harvard Medical School. Her research focuses on the intersection of neuroscience, law, ethics, and policy, with a particular interest in trauma-informed frameworks and the ethical implications of neuroscientific advances in legal and policy contexts. She recently co-authored an article with Dr. Katherine R. Peeler in the AMA Journal of Ethics exploring sleep deprivation, human rights, and the role of medical professionals in preventing its use as a means of coercion and abuse.
