Adithi Iyer, JD is an Associate at Latham and Watkins LLP. She received her JD from Harvard Law School and her BS in Human Biology from Stanford University. Before starting her legal career, Adithi spent time working in biomedical research, healthcare consulting, and technology policy, and has written on topics ranging from equity in global health scholarship to legal and policy considerations surrounding emerging biotechnologies. She has worked with entities like Pfizer, the Walt Disney Company, and the International Society for Stem Cell Research, and served as a Student Fellow at Harvard Law School’s Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics. Her areas of interest include the intersection of bioethics with biotechnology, health data privacy, private contracts, and intellectual property. Adithi’s work has been published in forums such as The Lancet Global Health, Health Affairs, the Petrie-Flom Center’s Bill of Health, and a Springer Nature volume on human brain organoids.
