Adithi Iyer, JD is a Law Clerk at Latham & Watkins LLP. She received her JD from Harvard Law School in 2025 and her BS in Human Biology from Stanford University in 2020. Before law school, Adithi spent time in biomedical research, healthcare consulting, and technology policy, and has written on topics ranging from equity in global health scholarship to legal and policy considerations surrounding emerging biotechnologies. She has worked with Pfizer and the International Society for Stem Cell Research, and was a Student Fellow at Harvard Law School’s Petrie-Flom Center for Health Law Policy, Biotechnology, and Bioethics. Her areas of interest include the intersection of bioethics with tissue and genetic engineering, emerging biotechnologies, health data privacy, and intellectual property. Adithi’s work has been published in forums such as The Lancet Global Health, Health Affairs, and the Petrie-Flom Center’s Bill of Health. She also authored a chapter for a Springer Nature volume on human brain organoids, published in 2024.
