Louise King, MD, JD, who directs reproductive ethics at the Center, spoke to NPR for a fact sheet on abortion in the United States. King emphasized the necessity of looking at each patient's individual case when providing medical care; she noted that some "legislation around this topic is absurd," in the wake of the reversal of Roe v.
