Eric Blackstone, PhD is a postdoctoral fellow at Dana-Farber Cancer Institute. He received his PhD in Bioethics from Case Western Reserve University School of Medicine. His research explores ethical issues in cancer care, including novel screening tests, treatment of precursors, proxy decision-making, and managing drug shortages. Bioethical areas of interest include decision-making in the context of imperfect information, clinical trial decision-making, and medical aid in dying.
