The Center for Bioethics at Harvard Medical School is now accepting applications for the Master of Bioethics degree program's Fall 2016 class. We will be hosting a prospective student informational webinar on Thursday, December 10th from 12pm - 1pm Eastern Time to share more information and answer questions you may have about our program.
The Master's program teaches principles and practices of bioethics and provides a mentored hands-on field experience. Ideal candidates are mid-career clinicians (including physicians, nurses, social workers and other health care professionals), lawyers, administrators and business professionals in healthcare, pharmaceuticals, biotechnology, or related life sciences fields. Exceptional post-baccalaureate applicants will also be considered. Accepted applicants will gain the knowledge, skills, methodologies and practical experience needed to provide effective ethical consultation and oversight and influence policy on complex issues and cases. The program is offered as either a full-time (one year) or part-time (two years) course of study.
