Diana Anderson, MD, MArch, is an evidence-based design researcher at the McGill University Health Centre. She received her bachelor of science in architecture and master of architecture from McGill University, and her MD from the University of Toronto. She completed her internal medicine residency at New York-Presbyterian Hospital, Columbia University Medical Center. She is interested in bioethics related to health care spaces, including the application towards design guidelines. As a board-certified healthcare architect and physician (“dochitect”), she has been recognized by the American Institute of Architects for making significant contributions to the advancement of health facilities design.
